Electrical Builders Incorporated is a premier high power conductor service provider. In 2014, EBI celebrated its 40th year in business. Innovation…The mention of the word evokes images of transformation, breakthrough, or change. Think back to the 1970’s in the United States. Certainly, innovation marked the milestones of that decade. The oil crisis of the 70s and its effects dramatically shifted the gears of America and the need for alternative forms of energy. Hence, the trans-Atlantic pipeline snaked its way through the Alaskan terrain. Nuclear power emerged as a conduit for electricity from its military intentions. As these events etched their place in America’s history during 1974, Electrical Builders Incorporated pioneered their first milestone as Eric and Connie Netter birthed the company from its humble beginnings in Kimball, Minnesota.
This year, EBI celebrates its 40th anniversary, leading the nation as a high power conductor electrical contractor successfully completing over 3200 projects including more than 65%of the United States’ nuclear power plant fleet.
Women and veteran owned and the only contractor of its type to obtain ISO9001 quality certification,EBI specializes in providing electrical construction, retrofit, testing,preventative maintenance and emergency repair services to utilities, power plants and industrial clients throughout North America and internationally.
The projects Electrical Builders participates in are often large scale, logistically complex, and ambitious. The company incorporates a multi-disciplined approach with over 140 years of combined technical expertise.
